Let us introduce you to Igor Moreira, one of our talented Development Leads. From his early days at Roboyo to his current role as Leader of Development for Converge, our automation lifecycle platform, Igor gives us the inside track on what makes Roboyo unique and how Bryan Adams is getting him through the summer. What is your favorite part of working at Roboyo?
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Being constantly exposed to situations that make me think outside the box is my favorite part of working in Roboyo – plus the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment is also something that drives us all to learn more.
​​​​​​What do you like most about the work we do here?
The environment in Roboyo is what I like most, interacting with outstanding professionals and positive people is always inspiring.
Also, with Converge we have one of the toughest customers that we could have – ourselves! Embracing different situations and getting feedback on how to grow the platform is a nice challenge that motivates me every day.
What do you think makes our team culture unique?
I think our culture is unique because we blend a mix of different values such as communication, collaboration, support, flexibility, diversity and a commitment to constant learning and personal growth.​​​
What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
Embrace the journey, don’t be afraid to take risks, make mistakes and learn through them. Most important? Be resilient!
What is the most interesting project you’ve worked on here?
100% Converge 🙂
The idea of Converge is both simple and functional. We’ve created something special for our clients by tailoring a product that drives business process and improves how we interact and communicate through one unique point, where we can collect, refine, process, and show the value of our results in a standard way. Who wouldn’t want that?
If you had three wishes, what would they be?
What’s the last song you listened to?

What, if anything, are you currently binge-watching? Or reading?
I am watching Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan. It follows the thrilling adventures of a CIA analyst which tackles international espionage and terrorism, using his intelligence and skills to accomplish his missions.
