CHALLENGE

Due to increasing demand for automation, the Global IT Services team was unable to meet targets for processes delivered. 

Our client required a Managed Services partner that could augment their delivery capacity during peak demand and significantly accelerate the enterprise automation program.

SOLUTION

Roboyo developed an operating model for effective Managed Services. We then deployed a lean, expert team consisting of one Technical Project Manager and two full-time Blue Prism developers. 

The team plays a blended role between delivering new automations and effectively maintaining the production and operations for over 70 live processes.

OUTCOME

As well as supporting the Global IT Services team in achieving their annual automation goals, we implemented over 30 new processes within an 18-month timeframe. 

In parallel, our blended DevOps model, where we rotated support responsibilities, has significantly decreased the price per process. This efficiency has generated a year one ROI of 550%.
