1.1. The “All Eyes on Automation USA 2024 Prize Draw” (the “Prize Draw”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees of Roboyo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such employees are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
2.1. The entry period for the Prize Draw begins on April 14 2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on April 17th 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”).
3.1. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the form on this page during the Entry Period.
3.2. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4.1. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a trip for one (1) to attend the “All Eyes on Automation USA 2024” event, including:
One economy class round trip ticket (1) to the event in Miami FL May 15-16th.
Accommodation for two (2) nights at a Roboyo selected hotel.
Admission pass for one (1) to the event.
5.1. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within 10 working days after the end of the Entry Period.
5.2. The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form within 5 days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 2 days to claim the prize.
6.1. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Roboyo, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Prize Draw.
6.2. Roboyo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions or tampered with the entry process.
6.3. Roboyo reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstance or technical malfunction.
