The Roboyo Accelerated Black Belt program is accredited by the Lean Competency System (LCS) through Cardiff University. A Black Belt certificate is granted to a participant who completes the following;

On Day 5 of the program, participants will be provided with a 3-hour overview on Process Mining. This module will enable participants to accelerate the completion of their Black Belt project. The Process Mining tool is Apromore and participants will be provided with a free 90 day trial of the application.
