For registered suppliers, a UiPath bot generated a report by scraping an internal portal and aggregating all quotations before passing it for human validation.
Our client was unable to have larger suppliers provide quotes via internal portals, so Roboyo developed a bot that could login to suppliers’ own portals and create a similar report.
A complex process was completely automated. The 3 employees that previously devoted all their time to quote management now only needed one meeting per week. By analyzing the automated results, they were able to make smarter and more profitable procurement decisions.
Because the process was now 16 times faster, our client strengthened their negotiating position. Added to this, price variances in automotive parts were identified far quicker through thresholds inbuilt within the UiPath bots, increasing ROI.
