As the Senior IT Support Specialist at Roboyo, I am responsible for the IT environment that the Roboyan's work on as well as ensuring everyone can do their job without any major interruptions. I have worked at Roboyo for over 3 years and prior to this worked as a Helpdesk Assistant, Support Specialist and many other jobs over the course of 25+ years. My responsibilities include: The creation of digital credentials for new joiners: Create their profile in the multiple platforms that the IT department manages and ensure that they’ll be able to start working within the first hour of joining Roboyo. Assets managements: Buying new laptops, fixing the old ones, wiping relevant information from leavers and setting up the hardware for the offices. Check policy compliance on all devices: Ensure that all digital devices used by users comply with our security policies to help protect the integrity of our information. User assistance: Either through our ticketing system or directly via Teams or email. This is one of the jobs that gives me more pleasure as I love getting to know people, facing new challenges every day and assisting people from the other side of the globe…
