Patricia is a Process Mining expert with over 5 years' experience in the field, supporting and implementing process mining related projects with Celonis as well as other related technologies. They have been working at Roboyo for 2 years. Their main responsibilities with external clients include: Providing technical know-how and guidance on building Center of Excellences in process mining. Leading cross-functional teams for implementation projects, specifically with Celonis technology. Translating complex data into actionable insights for process improvement. Defining requirements and designing complex data tasks, such as data pull/push with APIs, Python and Power BI, SQL query optimization, and data architecture and modeling. As a Roboyan, they also contribute internally by: Coaching and mentoring colleagues, providing them with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully execute process mining projects. Developing case studies for teaching purposes (e.g., the graduate program). Creating and maintaining global communities for knowledge sharing and peer-support.
