NUREMBERG, 2 OCTOBER 2023 Roboyo, the world’s largest hyperautomation company, is pleased to share the exciting news of Stanley Capital Partners’ (SCP) strategic investment in Roboyo. As a specialized healthcare and resource efficiency private equity investor, Stanley Capital Partners’ decision to collaborate with Roboyo is a significant development in the industry.

“I am thrilled to welcome Stanley Capital Partners into the Roboyo organization. We have the right partners to help us scale into new territories, not only in terms of geography, but also size, client offerings and acquisition targets. We are laser focused on becoming the number 1 go-to hyperautomation partner for companies seeking to achieve efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction. Looking at where we are today and all the opportunities available, in a market that is rapidly evolving in front of our eyes, is what makes me proud to now develop quicker than ever before together with SCP as a new investor on our side.”

Nicolas Hess, Co-Founder and CEO at Roboyo.

This strategic investment will see SCP joining forces with the current private equity backers, MML Capital, and the dedicated Roboyo management team. Together, they will further enhance Roboyo’s position as the leading player in the field of hyperautomation. This partnership promises to bring even more innovative solutions and drive advancements in efficiency for the world’s most dynamic companies.

“We are delighted to announce this investment into Roboyo, with its market-leading position in a core sector for SCP and a significant moment in the development of Stanley Capital with its first commitment in the Resource Efficiency market. AI and Automation are the secret weapons to accelerate our ability to address climate change and successfully achieve the “do no harm” business models we need in place by 2050.”

James Brooks, Founding Partner and Head of Resource Efficiency at Stanley Capital Partners

Roboyo is extremely excited to start working alongside SCP and see the positive impact and future achievements resulting from this collaboration. It represents a huge milestone in the journey towards achieving excellence in hyperautomation and its benefits for the broader industry.

“Roboyo sits in a space in which we have undertaken a significant amount of research and evaluation work over recent years in tandem with SCP Digital. We now look forward to embedding our digital, operational, and M&A expertise, working with management and MML respectively to further develop Roboyo’s wide service offering through M&A and organic strategies.”

Simon Cottle, Founding Partner at Stanley Capital Partners

SCP’s investment thesis, in partnership with MML and management, is to build on Roboyo’s existing market leadership as a proven consolidator and to accelerate this strategy. SCP brings capital, resources, and incremental reinforcement, including potential integration benefits through SCP’s proven Transformation Team and Leader Network operating model.

“We are delighted to see Stanley come in alongside us as investors in Roboyo. Roboyo has made immense progress in establishing its position as the world’s leading hyperautomation services provider, since our initial investment in late 2020, with management having built out a client offering and geographical footprint that is unrivalled in the sector. With the benefit of Stanley’s involvement, this transaction will only enhance Roboyo’s ability to further capitalize on an extremely exciting market opportunity.”

William Stewart, Investment Director at MML Capital.
