All Eyes on Automation USA – Ticket Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Roboyo Group Limited events.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets for All Eyes on Automation. By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We recommend you bookmark this page for future reference.

Roboyo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Roboyo website. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to regularly check for updates.

Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
2. All sums quoted are exclusive of applicable value added tax and are payable without deduction on the specified dates.
3. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Your ticket purchase is confirmed only upon the receipt of payment via the Roboyo website or pre-agreed invoice. For further details, please contact the Events team.
5. If you buy event tickets for another person or multiple individuals, those delegates are also subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms specified. You are responsible for ensuring their adherence to these terms.
6. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the Roboyo privacy policy, which can be found here.
7. In the event of purchasing tickets by invoice, the failure to settle any outstanding amounts by the specified date permits Roboyo Group Limited to cancel this agreement by written notice to you. You remain obligated to pay the full amount agreed as outlined in the cancellation clause below.
8. Payment of this invoice beyond our agreed credit terms will be subject to an interest charge of 5% of the total amount due.

Cancellation, Refunds and Changes

9. We reserve the right to cancel and refund ticket purchases made by direct competitors of Roboyo Group Limited or any of its subsidiaries.
10. No refunds will be issued for ticket cancellations or no-shows.
11. Roboyo Group Limited reserves the right to cancel the event at any time in which case any payments already made by you for tickets will be refunded in full.
12. Roboyo Group Limited reserves the right to change the event’s date and venue location at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, you will be notified by email, and no refund will be issued. The ticket cancellation policy will be applicable to the rescheduled event.
13. Roboyo reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, agenda, and speakers without prior notice.

Ticket transfers

14. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from Roboyo.
15. Requests for ticket transfers must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 7 days before the event.

Event content

16. The opinions expressed by any speaker appearing at the event are the sole views solely of that speaker, and Roboyo Group Limited disclaims any responsibility for such views.

Miscellaneous

17. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend Roboyo Group Limited Events.
