She has consistently advanced in the company during her 30-year career and now serves as the Chief Information Officer. In this position, Susan has the overall responsibility for the company’s technology strategy, leading the tech shared services, IT and information services departments. Her teams are responsible or software development, software implementation, the server/data center, network services, cybersecurity and business intelligence and data services. Susan also serves on White Castle’s restaurant leadership team and leads the company’s technology strategy team.

Sam Bosson is the current Vice President, Controller and Assistant Treasurer for White Castle System, Inc. where he leads the Accounting and Finance Transformation functions. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated in the year 2000. Sam has spent the last 25 years in roles spanning Accounting, Finance, and Treasury for both domestic and international companies. His operational and technical experience in a variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, restaurant, and banking industries, creates a unique viewpoint on team building, operational efficiency, and system enhancements. In his free time, Sam likes spending time with his wife and two kids, is an avid reader of a variety of genres, and he enjoys fishing with his dad. Through White Castle, he supports a variety of charities such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Free Throws for Kids, and Habitat for Humanity.
