Roboyo (UK Trading) Limited is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

Current Emissions Reporting

We have not yet calculated our current emissions for 2025. Latest information available is from 2024.

Emissions reduction targets

In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.

We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 500 tCO₂e by 2030. This is a reduction of 10%

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives

The following environmental management measures and projects have been completed or implemented since the 2024 baseline. The carbon emission reduction achieved by these schemes equate to 1.0 tCO₂e, a 15%ge reduction against the Scope 1 emissions identified in the 2024 baseline and the measures will be in effect when performing the contract.

The following initiatives are currently underway at Roboyo (UK Trading) Limited:

Encourage staff to adopt energy-efficient practices, including staff training:

• Roboyo are an organisation that operates mainly remotely, with only a very small office footprint.  Therefore, our opportunity to make material energy efficiency gains is limited.  Our ESOS Phase 3 report supports this, as little opportunity was identified. 
  • We have identified 1% through behavioural change, as a conservative and achievable saving which will monitor and provide feedback on in the annual update at the end of 2025.
  • We will focus on ensuring that lights and computer equipment are switched off when not in use to deliver this saving      
  • We expect this to save 0.2 tCO₂e

• Reduce staff use of vehicles:

• We have introduced a policy that restricts travel to meetings where this is possible. 
  • We do not know how large an impact this will have on our transport energy use, so we have estimated a 15 reduction, whilst we introduce this.  We will report on the success of this measure within our Dec 2025 annual update
  • We expect this to save 0.6 tCO₂e

• Reset Air conditioning:

• This is the only material savings opportunity identified by our ESOS report, we will act upon this, in order to achieve the maximum possible saving.
  • We expect this to save 0.2 tCO₂e

Future carbon reduction initiatives

In the future we hope to implement further measures such as:

• Higher adoption of low carbon public transport measures
  • Change to EV vehicles for company cars
  • Investing in carbon offsetting projects, such as reforestation or renewable energy initiatives, can help compensate for unavoidable emission
  • Enhancements to procurement to select suppliers with Net Zero targets for services
    

Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 006 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard^[3] and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting^[4].

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard^[5].

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
