Cameron was the Founder and Managing Director of Lean Consulting, a UK-based consulting firm that delivered process improvements, process automation and Lean Six Sigma training across the UK & Europe. Lean Consulting was acquired by Roboyo in August 2022 and Cameron is currently the Chief Business Officer for our UK, Ireland and Nordics regions. Cameron has personally designed and delivered Operational Excellence programmes for clients that have delivered in excess of £20M per annum in cost efficiencies and over £300M of value delivered across clients. Cameron has designed and delivered training courses for Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt for face to face, virtual and online delivery methods. Cameron has had the opportunity to train over 1,000 people in face to training in Lean Six Sigma over the years and loves sharing his knowledge of process excellence and seeing recognition in people of the opportunity they also have to improve performance. Cameron is passionate about Process Excellence and Lean Six Sigma and well as using newer technologies such as Process Mining and Task Mining to further enhance the collection and analysis of process performance data. Everything is a process and every process can be improved.
