Caleb Trantow is a seasoned engineering leader and hyperautomation expert with vast experience in delivering innovative and impactful solutions for Fortune 200 and Government clients. He is currently the Senior Technical Manager and Head of U.S. Delivery at Roboyo, a global leader in intelligent automation and digital transformation. As the head of a high-performing team of 30 engineers, Caleb oversees the end-to-end delivery of hyperautomation projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IDP, RPA, Low Code Application Development, Process Mining, and more. He also plays a dual role as a Solution Architect and Technical Program Manager, driving strategy, innovation, and collaboration across global cross-functional teams. Caleb holds multiple certifications, including PMP, CSM, UiPath Developer, and Azure, and is passionate about mentoring, learning, and improving himself and others. In his free time, he enjoys being involved in his community and exploring the outdoors with his dog Spoon.
