Dominique has more than ten years of professional experience in driving organizational performance and efficiencies. He supports customers across the globe, establishing an automation vision, KPIs, operating models, and procedures to scale automation with a “value and human first mentality,” which every automation initiative and Center of Excellence should embody. He bases his work on gathered experience through leading lean six sigma, operational and digital transformation programs across multiple industries, including financial services and manufacturing.
