Nicolas Hess is CEO and Co-Founder of Roboyo. After studying in Passau, Dublin and Barcelona, where he graduated with a Master’s degree in International Management, Nicolas worked for several years at consulting firm Deloitte before co-founding Roboyo in 2015.
Now with locations in 18 cities, across 12 countries and 3 continents, Nicolas has enabled Roboyo’s exponential growth into the world’s largest hyperautomation professional services company with a client list including many of the Fortune 500 and 22 of Germany’s DAX 40 companies.

Bastian Nominacher
Co-CEO & Co-Founder | Celonis
Bastian Nominacher is co-founder and co-CEO of Celonis, the undisputed leader in process mining and execution management technology. Born out of a university project in Munich, Bastian and his co-founders turned the theoretical concept of process mining into a decacorn status, multinational success, recently completing the first ever $1bn Series D Round.
Prior to founding Celonis in 2011, Bastian worked for leading consulting firms, including Ernst & Young, Accenture and IBM. He studied business informatics and financial mathematics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and is the author of several scientific papers on IT carve-outs and post-merger integration.

Torsten Müller is CIO and Managing Director at Sartorius. After joining in 2018, Torsten focused on developing IT from an infrastructure supplier to solution provider. Translating business needs into IT solutions, the global team acts as enabler and supporter for digital accelerating initiatives and thus contributes to the company’s ambitious growth targets.
Before joining Sartorius, Torsten served as CDO and CIO within insurance industry where he gained almost 20 years of experience in, inter alia, building up digital sales channels and digitalizing processes along the customer value chain.

Mathieu Pauwels has more than 18 years experience in digital and technology global transformation. He worked for 11 years in management consulting before joining Zurich Insurance group in 2015 as IT Program manager. In 2018, he became director of group digital and robotic services. In 2021, Mathieu joined the business unit France (a branch of Zurich group) as Chief Operating Officer leading strategy, digital, facility management and governance. Mathieu holds a degree in Finance, a degree in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from IMD Business School.
