Government Shared Services Summit 2022

Shared services is a business model for modernizing the delivery of mission support activities common to multiple government agencies. It sets the standards for service delivery that meet various customer agencies’ needs and migrate agencies to modern, scalable, and secure platforms.

Some of the objectives of 2022’s Shared Services Summit were:

  • A clearer understanding of President Biden’s goals and directions related to Shared Services in 2022 and beyond.
  • A better understanding of where the QSMO marketplace is heading.
  • Understand the value and benefit of public/private partnerships.
  • Learn what agencies (state/local) are doing on Shared Services.

The event featured keynotes and panel discussions from RPA veterans within the public sector space.

Roboyo was proud to participate in the ‘must-attend’ yearly event for the public sector shared services community. Long-time automation veteran and Roboyo’s SVP of Public Sector, Jim Walker, led the ‘Implementing the Roadmap to the Future State – Actions and Timeframes’ panel with stellar government shared service leaders.
