CHALLENGE

As OPmobility expanded its automation footprint with 27 UiPath RPA bots supporting business-critical operations—such as financial updates and exchange rate synchronizations in SAP—it became clear that a more advanced approach to monitoring and management was needed. 

While the automations were delivering as intended, day-to-day oversight relied heavily on manual intervention. Teams spent over 100 hours each month checking job statuses, reviewing queues, and responding to exception emails. Without real-time visibility or advanced orchestration, potential issues were often addressed after they had already affected downstream processes.

To scale confidently and meet strict SLA expectations, OPmobility needed a smarter way to enhance visibility, streamline resolution, and enable their automation investments to operate with greater resilience.

SOLUTION

To help OPmobility move from reactive automation management to a resilient, insight-led operations model, Roboyo delivered a phased approach combining strategic support, advanced orchestration, and embedded governancewithout disrupting existing UiPath workflows.

  • Real-time bot health monitoring and diagnostics 
  • Autonomous issue detection and self-healing logicautomating resolution paths for nearly 60% of cases that previously required manual oversight 
  • Intelligent escalations only when human input was needed 
  • Live performance dashboards and SLA tracking 

 

Phase 3: A Unified, Scalable Automation Operations Model 

With both elements working in harmony, OPmobility achieved a high-performing automation operations model that was proactive, scalable, and insight-driven. Roboyo’s Managed Services continued to lead automation governance and evolution, while C TWO’s orchestration layer delivered 24/7 operational stability.
