The RFQ evaluation process was time-consuming, inconsistent, and heavily reliant on manual review. Procurement teams had to manually extract data from dense, often unstructured technical documents. many of which spanned multiple languages and formats. The solution supported multi-language workflows, enabling global procurement teams to process RFQs consistently across diverse regions and languages. Built using a low- code Microsoft Power Platform foundation, the tool is scalable and easy to adapt by internal teams without heavy IT involvement.

It also reinforced data consistency and compliance, an essential requirement in regulated industrial sectors, ensuring critical RFQ data was handled with accuracy, auditability, and enterprise-grade security controls.
