Extracting this data was a critical but highly manual, error-prone process due to numerous templates from local authorities. Traditional IDP tools failed to achieve the required accuracy and straight-through processing (STP) rates, creating delays, scalability issues, and heavy manual rework.
As a result, the client’s teams were constrained by limited automation, slow turnaround times, and inconsistent data capture, directly impacting service levels, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.
