This prestigious recognition, established in 2022, honors a DSHS business partner that demonstrates a proactive commitment to addressing systemic racism and fostering a culture of belonging within both the workplace and the communities served by DSHS.

By enhancing access to essential services and benefits for tens of thousands of Washington residents and improving the day-to-day experience for DSHS agency employees—eliminating monotonous, error-prone tasks—Roboyo exemplifies the transformative impact of innovation and inclusion.
