Why Even Mature Automation Programs in Financial Services Fail the Agentic Readiness Test

Automation maturity does not guarantee agentic readiness. Financial institutions that evolve their operating model, not just their tech stack will experience compounding advantage. Those that don’t will be locked into legacy cost structures and slow, brittle processes.
