Les nouveaux processus exigent de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail et de gestion, et les projets de transformation de toute taille ont besoin de personnes capables de tirer parti des possibilit\u00e9s sans cesse croissantes des technologies \u00e9mergentes. Sans les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences ad\u00e9quates, les projets d&#8217;automatisation sont vou\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chec ou n\u00e9cessitent un investissement de plusieurs ann\u00e9es avant d&#8217;obtenir les r\u00e9sultats escompt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trouver et recruter les bonnes personnes est toujours un d\u00e9fi de premier ordre pour la direction de l&#8217;entreprise, mais cette question est plus urgente et moins facile \u00e0 traiter qu&#8217;auparavant, dans un contexte de titres alarmistes sur les robots qui &#8220;volent nos emplois&#8221;. Cela permet aux entreprises de tirer parti des \u00e9conomies de vitesse, plut\u00f4t que des \u00e9conomies d&#8217;\u00e9chelle, lib\u00e9rant ainsi le temps des employ\u00e9s pour qu&#8217;ils puissent se concentrer sur les t\u00e2ches complexes qui ne peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es que par des humains. Il ne s&#8217;agit pas non plus d&#8217;une \u00e9quation \u00e0 double sens pour de nombreux r\u00f4les : les personnes travaillant main dans la main avec l&#8217;automatisation intelligente peuvent faire le travail mieux, plus rapidement et avec moins d&#8217;efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais cette productivit\u00e9 accrue signifie-t-elle que, globalement, moins de personnes sont n\u00e9cessaires ? Cela ne tient pas compte de tous les nouveaux r\u00f4les qui sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour construire, g\u00e9rer et faire \u00e9voluer les automatisations pour les organisations. Le v\u00e9ritable probl\u00e8me pour l&#8217;entreprise est de savoir comment s&#8217;assurer que les bonnes comp\u00e9tences sont en place pour occuper les nouveaux emplois li\u00e9s \u00e0 la technologie.
