Les outils IDP traditionnels n\u2019arrivaient pas \u00e0 atteindre les niveaux de pr\u00e9cision et de traitement direct (STP) requis, entra\u00eenant des retards, des probl\u00e8mes de mont\u00e9e en charge et une importante charge de retraitement manuel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"1161\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Par cons\u00e9quent, les \u00e9quipes du client \u00e9taient limit\u00e9es par une automatisation insuffisante, des d\u00e9lais de traitement longs et une capture de donn\u00e9es incoh\u00e9rente, ce qui impactait directement les niveaux de service, la satisfaction client et les co\u00fbts op\u00e9rationnels.
