Gerard Badorrek

Gerard brought innovative transformation approaches to the General Services Administration (GSA) as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Performance Improvement Officer (PIO). He oversaw all financial functions, including Budgeting, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Analytics, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Payroll, Financial Operations, Audits, and Internal Controls.

He was responsible for the direct management of GSA’s budget of over $29B. Gerard led over 500 financial personnel at GSA’s central offices and 11 regions. His office launched a government-wide community of practice for RPA, for which he was an executive sponsor. He has testified before Congress several times.
