Please Note: This webinar will be presented in German.

Join us on March 15 at 13:00 CET for an exciting webinar on Intelligent Document Processing. In this webinar, our Roboyo experts, along with UiPath, will explain what Document Understanding is, how it works, how you can implement it in your organization, and how it can take your business to the Next Level. Now.

Digital transformation is in full swing, and further fueled by the Corona pandemic, the digitization of businesses, with all their departments and processes, is advancing at an accelerating pace.

Every day, new technologies, applications and automation solutions are implemented and find their way into the daily work of many colleagues to significantly reduce work volume and effort. At the same time, the need for a solid and, above all, clean data basis increases in order to be able to use and operate the new solutions efficiently.

However, this primarily data-driven approach is often contrasted with “old” process structures and workflows. For example, many core processes – invoice processing, purchase order processing and delivery note processing – are highly dependent on documents that are not subject to any restrictions, both in format and in the variance of their content. This not only makes it more difficult to create and use a homogeneous and reliable database, but also pushes these very promising processes out of the focus of digitization.

But where it becomes nearly impossible for human analysts to fully survey the complexity of such processes and translate them into simple, rule-based models, technologies like Document Understanding step in. Using AI- and machine learning-powered methods, the technology offers us the ability to develop computer-generated, adaptive models, dynamically respond to the variance and complexity of document-based processes, and continuously drive improvements in how we extract data.
