Su definici\u00f3n ya nos da algunas pistas sobre c\u00f3mo abrazarla y alimentar un sentimiento de pertenencia, elemento clave de la inclusi\u00f3n.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuando con el tema de la comunidad, hay muchas formas de describirla. Algunos la llaman familia; en el mundo empresarial, equipo. Los seres humanos no estamos hechos para vivir en solitario, formar parte de un equipo nos da un sentido de pertenencia y prop\u00f3sito, y el trabajo en equipo fomenta la comunicaci\u00f3n abierta, el intercambio de ideas y la colaboraci\u00f3n para alcanzar objetivos comunes. \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el n\u00facleo de cualquier equipo de \u00e9xito est\u00e1 la creaci\u00f3n de espacios inclusivos en los que las personas puedan mostrarse tal y como son. Establecer estas conexiones ayuda a crear un ambiente sano y contribuye a mejorar el equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal de todos. \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deja que todos tengan voz<\/strong>: practica la escucha activa. Para hacerlo bien es necesaria la diversidad: de personas, de ideas, de soluciones.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector tecnol\u00f3gico ha defendido durante mucho tiempo el modelo del &#8220;jugador de equipo&#8221;, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la colaboraci\u00f3n, la comunicaci\u00f3n abierta y la resoluci\u00f3n colectiva de problemas. Pero no ha defendido igualmente la diversidad, lo que ha dado como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/shereeatcheson\/2023\/03\/07\/powerful-tech-stats-for-international-womens-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">resultado que s\u00f3lo el 26,7% de los puestos relacionados<\/a> con la tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e9n ocupados por mujeres incluso en la d\u00e9cada de 2020, y las mujeres de color a\u00fan menos. Esta disparidad no refleja la diversidad de las sociedades a las que sirve el sector. Dados los r\u00e1pidos avances tecnol\u00f3gicos, la disponibilidad de nuevas herramientas que facilitan el trabajo en equipo y la flexibilidad laboral, inspirar la inclusi\u00f3n deber\u00eda ser m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de conseguir.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, fomentar la inclusi\u00f3n va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la mera obligaci\u00f3n o el cumplimiento de cuotas: es la clave para liberar todo el potencial de los equipos. Al aceptar la diversidad de todo tipo, las empresas pueden acceder a soluciones m\u00e1s innovadoras, cultivar empleados m\u00e1s felices e impulsar un mayor \u00e9xito. Sin embargo, aunque los entornos de colaboraci\u00f3n prosperan de forma natural en las TI, la inclusi\u00f3n no debe darse por sentada, sino que debe forjarse de forma activa.
