It\u2019s an idea with potential but which, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2021\/09\/a-guide-to-implementing-the-4-day-workweek\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harvard Business Review<\/a>, has to be implemented effectively to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arguably, it\u2019s a formal expression of \u201csmarter, not harder\u201d.
