Durante ese per\u00edodo, tanto la tecnolog\u00eda como las organizaciones que la implementan han evolucionado dr\u00e1sticamente, con excelentes resultados. Seg\u00fan la \u00faltima encuesta mundial sobre RPA de Deloitte, las empresas han recuperado la inversi\u00f3n en un plazo de 12 meses, y m\u00e1s del 90% se ha beneficiado de una mayor precisi\u00f3n y cumplimiento de las normas, mientras que el 86% ha aumentado su productividad.
